Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of the Valtrun Global Inc. ("Valtrun," "we," "us") website and any interactive demos on it. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site and demos lawfully and not to misuse them. That means no attempting to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site; no scraping or automated abuse; and no submitting unlawful, harmful, or offensive content into our forms or demos. We may limit or block access to protect the service.
Demos and AI output
Our interactive demos are provided for illustration only, to show the kind of work we do. They — and any AI-generated output — are provided "as is," may contain errors, and should not be relied on as professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. Don't submit sensitive or confidential information into a demo.
Intellectual property
The site's content, branding, and design are owned by Valtrun and may not be copied or reused without permission. Anything you submit remains yours; you grant us permission to process it only as needed to respond to you or run the demo. Ownership of work delivered under a paid engagement is governed by your separate project agreement with us.
No-obligation consultation
Your first consultation is free and carries no obligation. It doesn't create a contract or a commitment to buy anything, and either side is free to walk away. Any actual project is governed by a separate written agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valtrun is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or demos. The site and demos are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any disputes will be handled by the courts located in Ontario.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
